What Gets Deleted
Upon a verified request, we will delete the personal information collected through this Site, including:
- Name, email, and phone number from consultation and contact forms.
- Data received through Meta/Facebook login (name, email, Facebook user ID).
- Marketing preferences and inquiry history.
Note: Protected Health Information (PHI) contained in medical records may be subject to retention requirements under Texas and federal law (typically 7 years for adult records) and cannot be deleted on request. See our HIPAA Notice for details.
How to Request Deletion
Submit the form below, or email us directly at info@themensclinic.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your full name and the email address associated with your data.
We will verify your request and process it within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
